Barbara Ubaldi
Head of the Digital Government Unit - OECD
Barbara Ubaldi serves as the Head of the Digital Government Unit and Deputy Head of Division at the OECD Public Governance Directorate.
Barbara leads the OECD’s work on digital government and data-driven public sector. She oversees the OECD Digital Government Index and OURdata Index, digital government country reviews, and key OECD recommendations such as those on Digital Government Strategies, Governance of Digital Identity, and Enhancing Access to and Sharing of Data.
Prior to the OECD, Barbara was a Programme Officer at the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs for eight years where she accumulated extensive expertise in digital government, ICT, and knowledge management for development.
