Jocelyn Cascio has spent her 26-year career at Intel in various leadership roles, guiding business process improvement and change management efforts for complex, global, cross functional initiatives.  For over a decade, she helped create and evolve Intel’s industry-leading supplier responsibility programs. Jocelyn also drove Intel’s efforts to respect and promote human rights, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet increasing investor, customer, government and employee expectations. And, she recently became Intel’s first Responsible AI Program Manager, where she is helping advance strategies and ensure ongoing improvements addressing ethical, equitable and human rights risks and optimizing benefits for our society. She’s a Lean Six Sigma Certified Black Belt with a BA in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University and an MBA from Babson College. Jocelyn’s personal passions include competing in equestrian sports as well as marathons and Ironman triathlons.
