The Strategy is focused on leveraging AI for inclusive growth in line with the Government policy of "Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas" to develop the research ecosystem, promote adoption and address AI skills in the population. The strategy also flags issues such as ethics, bias and privacy issues relating to AI, and envisions the government promoting research in technology to address these concerns. The strategy focuses on agriculture, health and education, where public investment would be necessary.

The MoU outlines several key areas of cooperation, including the development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and digital infrastructure.

Under the IndiaAI Compute Pillar, the Mission is developing a scalable AI computing ecosystem to support India's growing AI startup and research community.

The Safe & Trusted AI pillar aims to design and develop adequate guardrails to advance the responsible development, deployment, and adoption of AI.

AI For All' is a self-learning online program designed to raise public awareness about Artificial Intelligence.
