The OECD.AI Policy Navigator

This first draft aims to present some key aspects of the development of AI in Peru and seek for external contributions.

The project covers: improving the integration between the different modes of transport (administrative, regulatory, or value-added), providing a benefit to citizens who use these services (quality, availability, cost reduction, or safety), increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of operators, or advance in aspects linked to sustainability, social inclusion or emissions reduction.

Continuous service enabled for public institutions that, through the use of algorithms based on AI, seeks to expedite the national and international comparative analysis of regulation in digital technologies and the development of regulatory projects.

The project seeks to improve the capture of lessons learned in organizations, avoiding the repetition of errors and promoting continuous improvement. Many companies do not document learning due to fear, emotions or lack of time. ChatGPT was trained with a methodology to formulate lessons objectively and quickly, reducing tensions in meetings and improving accuracy. It benefits project teams by generating useful knowledge without friction or long consensus processes.

The program includes the diagnosis and design of the actions to be carried out for the implementation of the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy, such as advice, technical assistance, and support for public entities at the three levels of government.
