Irene Solaiman

Irene Solaiman leads Public Policy at OpenAI. She works with policymakers and the research community to shape safe, beneficial AI. Her research background is in social impact and fairness analysis. Prior to OpenAI, she was a fellow at Harvard\’s Berkman Klein Center as part of the Assembly Student Fellowship researching the ethics and governance of AI, as well as privacy. Irene holds a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Maryland.
