RAI Toolkit: Governance Workflows for AI Agents
Most governance frameworks tell organizations what trustworthy AI requires but not how to produce evidence that a specific system meets those requirements. This toolkit closes that gap for production generative and agentic AI. It provides workflows that connect risk scoping, evaluation harnesses, red-team exercises, and human review gates into a single release process, so every deployment decision is backed by dated, inspectable evidence. Its mappings link concrete evaluation and red-team results to NIST AI RMF functions, EU AI Act obligations, and MIT AI Risk Repository categories, letting engineering, risk, and compliance teams work from one artifact. Released open source in 2026 with a companion practical guide, "Governance Workflows for AI Agents," and an accompanying webinar. It runs on any evaluation and observability layer and is in use by practitioners across finance, HR technology, and consulting.
