Barbara Bijelic is the Head of Regulation and Standards at the OECD Centre for Responsible Business Conduct (RBC). She oversees the OECD’s work on RBC in the financial and technology sectors, working with banks, investors and tech companies to promote the implementation of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on RBC. She also oversees the Centre’s work on regulatory engagement, providing technical advice to policymakers on aligning mandatory due diligence expectations with international standards.
