Rafal Kierzenkowski
Senior Counsellor for Strategic Foresight - OECD
Prior to assuming his currently role of Senior Counsellor for Strategic Foresight since mid-January 2023, Rafal served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor in the Office of the Secretary-General since March 2018, advising the leadership of the Organization on key economic and policy topics in pursuit of Members’ key priorities and the Secretary-General’s Strategic Orientations. Rafal joined the OECD in 2007, conducting different research projects and contributed to the economic surveillance and policy analysis of France, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Tunisia, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining the OECD, Rafal worked at the Banque de France and was Assistant Professor at the University of Montpellier. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Economics from Paris Dauphine University.
