Rehab Alarfaj is General Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Indices at the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). She focuses on strengthening Saudi Arabia’s global engagement in AI through strategic collaborations, multilateral partnerships, and international representation. With prior experience in national digital transformation initiatives and consulting at Accenture, she brings a strong background in delivering impact across the government and technology sectors. Rehab is a graduate of the Misk 2030 Leaders Program. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT Data Management from King Saud University and an MBA from Colorado University.
