Rohan Sharma is an AI governance expert and institutional advisor focused on systemic risk, auditability, and regulatory interoperability. He serves as a U.S. Delegate to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 42 on Artificial Intelligence), contributing to global standards on AI governance and risk management.

His work has been referenced in U.S. federal regulatory records and has contributed to regulatory consultations across agencies including the Department of Commerce, HHS, and the Federal Reserve. He is a Fulbright Specialist with the U.S. Department of State and an Aspen Institute Civic AI Leader, with a focus on cross-border alignment and accountable AI deployment.

He serves as Commissioner (Zone 7) for the Riverside County Flood Control & Water Conservation District in California. Rohan is an Agenda Contributor to the World Economic Forum, author of AI and the Boardroom (Springer Nature), and Founder & CEO of Zenolabs AI, focused on audit-grade AI assurance
