He serves as a U.S. Delegate to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 42 on Artificial Intelligence), contributing to global standards on AI governance and risk management.
His work has been referenced in U.S. federal regulatory records and has contributed to regulatory consultations across agencies including the Department of Commerce, HHS, and the Federal Reserve.
