Tetiana Avdieieva

Tetiana Avdieieva is a Senior Legal Counsel at Digital Security Lab Ukraine, a member of the Independent Media Council and an expert of the Expert Committee on Artificial Intelligence under the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. She is actively engaged in the alignment of the Ukrainian legislation with the EU acqui, serving as a co-author of the Law on the Media, Law on Advertising, as well as draft laws on personal data protection, anti-SLAPP and AI governance legislation. Tetiana also serves as the OSCE consultant on freedom of the media, and the Council of Europe expert on freedom of expression and personal data protection.Tetiana specialises in digital rights, public international and international humanitarian law, helping to shape crisis response in the digital domain for various stakeholders all over the globe.
