Willie Lu as a former U.S. DARPA expert, former U.S. FCC expert, former Stanford EE Professor, is now leading Palo Alto Research in San Francisco Bay Area as Chairman and CEO, on his prestigious research and development programs on advanced wireless technology, AI deep research, AI-native infrastructure for ICT, IoT and SDV, and Cybersecurity research, etc.
Willie has been a U.S. expert and private-sector delegate of U.S. Delegation for the OECD Missions since 2001 in charge of ICT, AI, Cybersecurity and others. Willie is also co-founder and CEO of West Lake (R) education and research services which is an AI-Native Global Education Platform in the age of AI across the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Japan, Australia and Singapore, etc.
