
Zoe is Co-Founder & Deputy Executive Director of the Tech Policy Design Institute (TPDi): Australia’s only independent non-partisan think tank dedicated to technology policy. Zoe is also a Research Associate at the Oxford Internet Institute. Zoe previously worked for the Australian Government across communications, innovation, and foreign policy portfolios, as an Adviser to Cabinet Ministers and in the public service. As a member of Amazon’s International Public Policy Team, Zoe led Amazon’s digital policy initiatives and represented the company in international organisations. Zoe started her career as an Analyst at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute and Researcher at the University of Sydney’s Centre for International Security Studies. Zoe speaks internationally on tech policy issues, and her work has been featured by The New York Times, TIME Magazine, BBC, The Economist, The Financial Times, Forbes, POLITICO, and Vogue.
