Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation 2021-2027

The ISSS (2021-2027) is a comprehensive policy framework designed to enhance Bulgaria's competitiveness and innovation capacity. It focuses on developing research and innovation infrastructure, improving enterprises' technological capabilities, and fostering human resource skills.
