The ADM 2025 will guide digital cooperation between ASEAN members over the next five years in order to position ASEAN as a leading digital community and economic bloc powered by secure and transformative digital services, technologies and ecosystems.
Initiative overview
The ADM 2025 has set the following desired outcomes: ASEAN's recovery from the pandemic through digital services, improve the quality and coverage of fixed and mobile broadband infrastructure, enhance trusted digital services and the prevention of consumer harm, create a sustainable competitive market for the supply of digital services, increase in the quality and use of e-government services, digital services to connect business and to facilitate cross-border trade, increased capability for business and people to participate in the digital economy and a digitally inclusive society in ASEAN.
