Description :
- The guide define what AI is and how it works, show how is present in society and to identify some of the effects resulting from its use.
It also informs about the framework of AI in the World and in Portugal, and identifies the ecosystem and the main actors in the national context. On the other hand and considering the importance of data for the development and feeding of these systems, also makes reference to the data ecosystem in the Public Administration (AP) and to the principles that must underlie it. The guide also sets out a set of values and principles in line with the list of human rights, and explores the theme of inclusion, equality, sustainable development, and well-being.
