It supports the Clerk’s staff before sending the bill to be discussed in the legislative committees. The Clerk staff are required to make many deep analyses of each incoming bill, which requires a lot of time.

NugepIA is an AI tool that organizes repetitive lawsuits to ensure faster and more consistent decisions for citizens. It was developed to replace slow manual processes and spreadsheets that were prone to human error in identifying similar cases. The system now automatically identifies identical cases and extracts dates from documents, making the court’s work more efficient.

It supports the responsible use of generative AI by providing practical instructions, legal safeguards, and human oversight criteria for interacting with large language models. It was developed to strengthen institutional digital capabilities while ensuring data protection, transparency, and accountability in the use of AI tools.
Data EF AI Agent
GDDE's Data EF AI Agent is a digital assistant that helps Ministry of Economy and Finance staff quickly find and understand open government data. It was designed for making searching, downloading, and analyzing datasets from the Data EF Portal less time-consuming. It enables quicker and more effective decision-making by letting users ask straightforward questions and providing statistics, charts, and summaries.
Ulysses - Consolidated summaries of legislative bills
Legislative consultants assist parliamentarians by producing consolidated executive summaries of bills, including justifications, amendments, attached bills, and approved substitutes. This process can take hours or days depending on the volume of related documents. The solution employs generative AI tools to help consultants create these summaries, which are then reviewed and supplemented as needed.
Ulysses - Legislative Demand Router
Ulysses - Legislative Demand Router is an AI solution designed to automatically distribute legislative demands from Members of Parliament (MPs) to appropriate expert groups within the Legislative Consultancy Department. It analyses the demand text and suggests up to three specialist groups based on thematic relevance. The system aims to increase distribution efficiency, reduce bias, and lower staff workload, with demands automatically routed when the AI's confidence exceeds 90%.
Ulysses – Smart analysis on e-Polls
“Ulysses – Smart analysis on e-Polls” is an AI algorithm that analyses citizens' comments on e-polls about legislative bills available. The algorithm identifies the main arguments for and against each legislative bill in progress, grouping them. As all legislative bills are available for e-polls, there is a huge number of citizens contributing opinions. In addition, quantitative indicators are not sufficient to effectively identify exactly the items of articles accepted or rejection by citizens.

Its purpose is to help businesses make informed decisions about establishment, growth and operations without needing to consult multiple sources.
GOV.BR Chatbot
The Chat GOV.BR is an interface tool that aims to provide and maintain a complete and integrated communication and relationship service with citizens regarding the provision of public services, encompassing multiple channels, digital service, automation, and the use of AI resources, including LLMs, proprietary to the generative IA platform or integrated from third parties, the construction of proactive communication journeys, and integration with government systems.
Transform Paraná Program – Integrated Ecosystem of AI, Automation, and Data Governance (Subnational: Paraná)
The Transform Paraná Program uses AI to modernize state management and deliver faster, more efficient digital services. It creates a unified data foundation to overcome fragmentation and automate slow manual processes across government agencies. Citizens, rural producers, and safety officials benefit from diverse projects like smart food donation, environmental monitoring, and traffic safety analysis.
CiudadanIA: AI-Powered Citizen Correspondence Processing for the Spanish Prime Minister’s Office
CiudadanIA uses AI to accelerate the processing of citizen letters addressed to the Spanish President through the “Write to the President” service. Small language models generate summaries of citizen correspondence, enabling faster routing and response. The project also produced open-source tools for testing AI prompts and models at scale, including an LLM-as-a-judge evaluation framework, contributing to trustworthy AI in government.
Aurora – Institutional AI Cognitive Infrastructure (Subnational: State of Rio Grande do Sul)
Aurora (“Dawn”) is an AI ecosystem developed by the Public Prosecution Service of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) to transform justice administration. Active in judicial and extrajudicial domains, it supports prosecutors protect vulnerable groups and collective rights by analyzing large volumes of documents and audiovisual records and integrating AI into legal workflows. With a human-in-the-loop approach, it enhances institutional capacity while preserving accountability and professional judgment.
Khmer Intelligent Document AI Agent (KIDAI-A)
KIDAI-A is Cambodia’s first sovereign AI agent purpose-built for the Khmer language. It processes Khmer and English text, speech, and image documents, enabling government agencies, businesses, and citizens to query, summarise, and extract information from official documents in their native language. KIDAI-A closes the critical gap left by global AI tools that perform poorly on Khmer, a low-resource language, advancing digital sovereignty and public service efficiency.

ANAC’s AI Strategy 2025–2026 is the Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency’s roadmap for adopting AI across the organisation in a broad, safe and responsible way. It links governance, capacity-building, risk management and implementation. It was created to improve public services, strengthen decision support and protect data, rights and trust.

Taína is a public service agent developed by the Government Office of ICT (OGTIC) to help citizens access information about public services and procedures in clear and accessible language. It provides guided assistance through a web interface. The initiative explores how public AI can improve citizen service while remaining ethical, inclusive, and open source.
Khmer eKYC OCR API — AI-Powered Identity Document Recognition for Cambodian Citizens
Khmer eKYC OCR API uses AI to instantly extract data from Cambodian identity documents in Khmer and English, and already powers CamDigiKey, Cambodia's official government single sign-on application. Available completely free via CamDX to all 45+ registered public and private members, including banks, insurance companies, and government agencies, it requires no integration cost and is open to both public and private CamDX members. It has processed more than Khmer ID card images, as of now.
