OPEN DATA POLICY
The 2016 access to information law is the baseline from which the Tunisian government started working on open data. The law was implemented as a result of the efforts and advocacy civil society in Tunisia.
START-UP ACT
The Start-up Act is a law enacted on 17 April 2018 that created a favorable framework for entrepreneurs, investors and start-ups structured around a "label" of merit.
