The OECD.AI Policy Navigator

Senegal's National AI Strategy and Road Map, published in 2023 by the Ministry of Communication, Telecommunications and Digital Economy, sets out a vision for ethical, trustworthy AI to 2028. Built around four fundamental objectives and six strategic orientations, it aims to make AI a catalyst for the Plan Sénégal Émergent, improve living conditions, foster West African regional leadership, and ensure responsible and ethical AI governance.
