National Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Strategy 2023–2027
Benin’s Stratégie Nationale d’Intelligence Artificielle et des Mégadonnées (SNIAM) 2023–2027, adopted in January 2023 and led by the Ministry of Digitalisation, sets a five‑year framework to harness artificial intelligence and big data. It aims to support development, innovation and skills by prioritising sectors such as education, health, agriculture and public services, with a strong focus on governance, ethics, data management and capacity building.
