Victor Bernhardtz is a policy analyst working on the interplay between labour markets and cognitive computer systems. Victor in the Ombudsman for Digital Labour Markets at Unionen, the largest trade union in Sweden. He is a firm believer in the Nordic Social Partner Approach and its capacity to harbour new technology and methods for organising work, as it so successfully has in the past.

Victor’s current work involves the challenges to personal digital integrity in a world of data driven analysis and algorithmic management. Among other things, Victor has written the chapter “Black boxes of cognitive computers and the impact on labor markets” in Larsson & Teigland (ed.) “The Digital Transformation of Labor”.
