An unprecedented regulation in Latin America that contains clauses with ethical requirements to be demanded by public purchasers and to be complied with by suppliers that want to sell services such as user profiling, fraud detection or predictive models, to mention a few, to the State.

It was developed jointly by ChileCompra, the procurement division of the State of Chile, and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, with the support of IDB Lab.
