Holistic AI Bias Audits is a complete solution for those that make any use of employment decision tools (AEDTs) to aid decision-making for the purpose of making employment decisions, to assess candidates or employees that are seeking either employment or job promotion.

The Bias Audit examines provides a full assessment of the AEDT across jobs, companies, industries, etc. against any protected categories such as gender, race, age, and many others. The findings are reported in a dashboard for ongoing monitoring, and collaterals are produced, such as the summary of results. This provides the reader with the selection rates and impact ratios against each protected category, which can be seamlessly shared on the relevant organisation’s website, as per NYC regulations. Moreover, as the decision tool develops, ongoing insight is provided to prevent, detect and mitigate any AI bias issues that develop.
