Besher Massri is the chief data architect at OECD.AI and is responsible for designing and maintaining the system architecture of its Trends and Data pillar. He maintains the visualization framework that powers the observatory and contributes to projects, including the catalogue of tools, the AI incidents monitor, and country dashboards. Besher is also a researcher at the Artificial Intelligence Lab at the Jozef Stefan Institute in Slovenia, the OECD.AI Policy Observatory’s core technical partner.
