Clémence Descubes works in the Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Digital Technologies (AIEDT) Division at the OECD, where her work focuses on AI policy and measurement. Before joining the OECD, she worked in the Directorate General Economics of the European Central Bank, contributing to work on productivity, the euro area labour market, and barriers to the green transition. She is currently completing a master’s degree in economics at Paris Dauphine-PSL University, where she also graduated with a bachelor’s in economics and management, including a third year of specialisation in computer science at Luiss Guido Carli University.
