Connor is the EU and Global Governance Lead at the Ada Lovelace Institute. Connor is based in Brussels, and is responsible for leading and delivering Ada’s policy research and engagement strategy in Europe and internationally. His research focuses on governance of the GPAI value chain, from pre-market assessment to post-deployment monitoring.
Prior to joining Ada, Connor worked in EU public affairs, where he led his team’s work on the EU’s AI Act and AI Liability Directive. Besides this, Connor has experience in a range of analytical roles for the UN Refugee Agency and The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies, among others.
