Dexter Docherty
Foresight Analyst - OECD
Dexter Docherty is a Foresight Analyst with the OECD’s Strategic Foresight Unit. He works to design foresight processes that explore the possible future trajectories of emerging technologies as well as the multilateral system which shapes incentives in the innovation ecosystem.
Dexter previously worked for Policy Horizons Canada, the government of Canada’s central strategic foresight team, as well as on the Human Resources Innovation team at Employment and Social Development Canada, where he had a focus on the Future of Work. He has a master’s degree in evidence-based social intervention and policy evaluation from the University of Oxford.
