Emilia La Nave
Data Expert - Digital Transformation Department, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers
Emilia holds a master’s degree in physics and one in data science from the Sapienza University of Rome and a PhD in physics from Boston University. She is a researcher at the Complex Systems Institute of the National Research Council and member of the Applico Laboratory of the CNR-ISC. She has participated and contributed to several national and international research projects working on statistical physics, complex systems, graph theory and social networks. She worked as a deputy mayor for the city of Rome with responsibilities in business, security and European projects. Since July 2021 she has been working as a data expert at the Department for Digital Transformation of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
