After graduating from Yıldız Technical University with a degree in Computer Engineering in 2005, he has been involved in various software projects and managerial positions. Since 2014, he has undertaken technical project management roles at the Ministry of Health, particularly focusing on projects such as Telemedicine, Centralized Doctor Appointment System (MHRS), Hayat Eve Sığar (Pandemic Projects), and Artificial Intelligence Initiatives.
