Kasumi Sugimoto
Policy Analyst - OECD
Kasumi Sugimoto is a Policy Analyst in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Unit of the OECD Digital Economy Policy Division. Prior to joining the OECD, she worked on cybersecurity policy, data privacy policy, and ICT policy in Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, as well as other national agencies. Kasumi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Tokyo, an LL.M. in Competition, Innovation, and Information Law from NYU School of Law, and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University.
