Konstantinos Sioumalas-Christodoulou is a PhD candidate at the Department of History and
Philosophy of Science (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens). He holds a Master Degree
in Applied Mathematics (National Technical University of Athens) and a Master degree in Data
Science (Sapienza University of Rome). He currently works as a data scientist/research associate
at the Research, Development, Innovation Analysis Unit of the Research, Development,
Innovation Services and Metrics Department at the National Documentation Center (EKT). His
research interests focus on scientific fields and areas such as Data Science, Scientometrics,
Science and Technology Studies, Technology and Innovation Management.
