Lennart Heim is an AI Governance researcher and a research affiliate with the Centre for the Governance of AI in Oxford. His research interests include the role of compute in the AI production function, the compute landscape/supply chain, security of AI systems, and forecasting emerging technologies. In the past, Lennart has worked in think tanks and NGOs on threats from emerging technologies. He has a background in Computer Engineering and studied at RWTH Aachen, Germany and ETH Zürich, Switzerland.
