Linda is a Policy Officer at General Catalyst, focusing on a global AI dialogue and working toward a more competitive Europe. Previously, she was working with the German Armed Forces’ Cyber Innovation Hub on defense innovation. She has worked at the Aspen Institute on values-based AI regulation, the European Parliament on digital policy, and published papers with the EU Non-Proliferation and Disarmament Consortium on AI in nuclear disarmament. Linda co-founded the Hertie Tech Society and holds an academic background in International Affairs from the Hertie School of Governance and George Washington University.
