Luca Cominassi is an attorney-at-law specialising in emerging technologies and a Public AI Fellow at Metagov. As an AI Policy Advisor, he has supported public institutions and stakeholders in developing AI/LT strategies, advocating for a scientifically driven public AI infrastructure aligned with European values. He is the co-founder of Ultrafab, an Internet of Things (IoT) startup powered by AI. He holds a Master’s Degree in IT Law and Legal Informatics from Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna (CIRSFID) and a Law Degree from the University of Parma.
