I am Lucía Escapa Castro, a civil servant, working for the Spanish Ministry of Health a the chief of the cabinet of the General Secretary for Digital Health, Information and Innovation.
I have more than 30 years of expertise in the ITC area (developer, project manager, CIO, strategic advisor…) working since 2020 specifically in the digital health domain.
I have also experience in the regulatory framework of digital health and data analysis, both at European and at Spanish level and I’ve been working in the EHDS regulation during the Spanish presidency of the European Council
