Gabriela Mattausch has a degree in Political Science from the Catholic University of Córdoba, Argentina, a Master’s in Development Management from the Institute of Development Research and Development Policy, Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Germany and a Specialization in “Comparative Governance and Public Administration” from the University of Western Cape, South Africa. She is an Argentine diplomat, stationed in Brasília (2017-2021) and Cairo (2014-2016), currently working in the Directorate of Human Security, Innovation and Technological Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of the Argentine Republic. She specialized in technology and satellite issues.
