Olamide Goriola

Olamide Goriola is an AI researcher and founder of Convergence AI (https://convergenceai.io/) which undertakes research to discover new algorithms and technologies to improve AI systems tailored to African contexts while advocating for exploring AI’s potential in addressing Afirca’s pressing social and environmental challenges. Previously Olamide was a project manager at Omdena, a collaboration platform that supports impact and AI challenges. He is now a member of the ACET team implementing the AI in Economic Policymaking project. Olamide studied management science and computer science at Moshood Abiola Polytechnic and at Institut Superieur Bilingue Libre Du Togo.
