Pam Wood is a strategic leader and human rights expert with over 15 years of experience. She leads Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s (HPE) global human rights program, covering supply chain responsibility, responsible product development, and responsible use, and is co-chair of HPE’s AI Ethics Working Group. She leads a team of experts managing responsible minerals and social and environmental responsibility in the supply chain. Previously, she led global operations for a labor and human rights consultancy, and lived and worked across various continents, delivering in-factory assessment and training, researching, setting social goals, and measuring impact.
