Rachel leads Article One’s Europe office based in Dublin, and works across the advisory practice pillars’
of Business and Human Rights, Responsible Innovation, Sustainability, and Regulatory Alignment.
Rachel specialises in advising companies and institutions globally on adapting to evolving approaches,
regulation, and practice in these areas. She has extensive commercial experience, having previously
held senior management positions in ABN-AMRO, in EMEA Business Development, and as a Financial
Analyst in Citigroup. Alongside her PhD, Rachel holds first class honours Masters degrees in Business
and in Law. Her published research includes advancing human rights and environmental due diligence,
sustainable corporate governance, and accountability. She has collaborated with international experts
and legal practitioners on the impacts of policy and regulatory developments in the EU.

Rachel is a regular speaker at conferences, lectures Business and Human Rights on the LL.M in the
Law School, Trinity College Dublin, and is an independent Board Director of a State company.
