Leader data scientist and technical consultant in AI at the Secretariat of Information and Digital Health (SEIDIGI) of the Brazilian Ministry of Health. Kaminski and his team focus on the development and governance of AI in healthcare, implementing innovative AI solutions within the Brazilian health system. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Social Sciences, his research examines cybernetics and cryptoeconomic performativity through a comparative economic, political, and sociological lens in Latin American countries. He leads national projects that integrate AI into healthcare practices, public policies, and health administration, contributing to the establishment of standards for AI regulation and ethical use in public health.
