It analyses quality-of-life data across 12 components and 57 indicators, combining social metrics, trends, and policy literature. More than a chatbot, it provides contextualised analysis and actionable recommendations so mayors and local officials can turn data into informed public policy, targeted investment, and evidence-based decisions.

Agent MIA (Argentine State's Artificial Intelligence Assistant)
MIA is integrated into the national government's chatbot (TINA). It was conceived as a support agent for citizen services management based on information security, administrative transparency, and human oversight principles. It offers personalized responses according to each user's needs and context. It is based on LLAMA 4 (Meta) for speed, low operating cost, and open-source nature. Currently in its initial phase with two use cases: SMEs and Mi Argentina (citizens' platform).
