AI Ecosystem in Social and Health Services (SOTE) – AI Vision 2035
The SOTE AI Vision 2035 sets out a Finnish joint vision for AI use in healthcare and social welfare. Developed in May 2025 through a Polis discussion and two workshops with around 300 ecosystem members, it envisions AI coordinating prevention, making independent decisions, and ensuring equal service access across Finland, with recommended actions on legislation, competence, data and collaboration.

National Roadmap for Data Centres - Rapporteur's Report
Finland’s National Roadmap for Data Centres is a government‑commissioned report prepared in 2025 that proposes national objectives and measures for the development of high‑value data centres, explicitly linking data‑centre location to electricity grid capacity, fossil‑free energy availability and the management of growing AI‑related computing demand.

Second Joint Action Towards the European Health Data Space
The TEHDAS2 initiative, coordinated by the Finnish Innovation Fund (Sitra), is a collaborative project involving 29 European countries. It aims to facilitate the secondary use of health data across Europe by developing harmonised guidelines and technical specifications, thereby supporting the implementation of the European Health Data Space (EHDS).
