Law No. 5321/2026 – Measures for the Implementation of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 June 2024 (Artificial Intelligence Act), Amendment of Law 4961/2022, and Other Provisions
Law No. 5321/2026 establishes the national framework for the implementation of the EU ΑΙ Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) in Greece. It designates competent authorities, provides for market surveillance and enforcement, establishes an AI regulatory sandbox, a AI Systems Registry for the public sector and an AI Observatory, and promotes the trustworthy and innovative use of AI. The law further replaces the AI governance provisions previously contained in Law 4961/2022.

National Supercomputer "DAEDALUS" and Lavrio Data Center
The National Supercomputer "DAEDALUS" is a Greek government initiative to build one of Europe's most powerful computing systems, with a total budget of €58.9 million. Implemented by GRNET SA under the Ministry of Digital Governance and co-funded by EuroHPC JU, it is expected to be operational in early 2026. With a power of 89 PetaFlops, DAEDALUS will serve as the computing core of the Greek AI Factory "Pharos".

EquiFund & EquiFund II
