BackgroundAI technology has increasingly played a significant role in the daily lives of humans, leading to global concerns regarding its potential impact on ethics, morality, privacy, and security. These concerns further extend to questions of accountability when AI is utilized to assist in or make decisions on behalf of humans. Consequently, the governance of AI applications, known as AI governance, or the principles governing the responsible use of AI, has emerged as a critical issue that organizations must address within their specific contexts. Although Thailand AI Ethics Guideline has been available since 2021, its widespread implementation remains limited. The AI Governance Guideline for Executives was developed to offer a more practical and easily understandable guide on AI governance for organizational leaders to voluntarily follow.The initiative has the following objectives:AI Governance Guideline for Executives aims to provide a practical and comprehensive framework for implementing AI technology in a responsible and ethical manner while maintaining business objectives.
