The AI Virtual Assistant/Chatbot Network is a Latvian government initiative designed to centralise and streamline public access to information across multiple government websites. A core objective of the initiative is to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Directive 2016/2102, enabling equal access to information for all users, including those with disabilities. The initiative unites 55 public authorities into a single content management system, allowing for centralised administration and maintenance of web resources.
