This roadmap is a basic document for educational institutions to develop digital technology curricula in line with industry and labor market needs, facilitate technology companies and the private sector in defining digital recruitment plans, and provide a guide for students and employees to choose study skills, continuing education, and career orientation in response to the rapid evolution of digital technology.

Monitoring and evaluation mechanism is as follows: 1. Comparing result to KPIs determined in the outcome 2. Asessment of the priority activities listed in the strategy 3. Study and review digital skills supply and demand every 2 years 4. Generate annual report and key challenges of the development. Digital Government Committee will cooperate with relevant institutions to develop data collection mechanism and update data on skill trainings
