Initiative overview

Luxembourg has augmented its SME digitalisation support with an AI-focused track run via Luxinnovation. It pairs companies with an experienced AI consultant who works to identify pain points, set objectives, and prioritise development actions—seeking to ensure AI efforts are targeted and realistic.

The service includes a feasibility analysis of chosen use cases, underpinned by a qualitative and quantitative review of internal data, so firms can decide whether to proceed to pilot or build. The approach aims to support SMEs in moving from exploration to concrete AI roadmaps with manageable next steps.
