The initiative has the following objective(s):Establish a National AI Centre to provide a centralised platform to increase visibility and drive a co-ordinated Australian artificial intelligence ecosystem.Lower barriers to entry and boost capability to adopt, develop and use AI technologies.Co-ordinate Australia's AI ecosystem to engage with international and domestic markets, supporting economic and productivity growth and job creation.Establish deeper connections and relationships between Australian and international AI ecosystems and markets to promote a trusted, secure, and responsible future.2023-24 Budget extends funding to the National AI Centre to support the Responsible AI Network (RAIN) to strengthen AI governance and industry capability.
