The roadmap focuses on the construction of an effective scientific and innovative system on the basis of research universities: high-tech park "Astana Business Campus"; autonomous educational organisation "Nazarbayev University"; and and Technopark "Alatau" in Almaty, for 2016-2018.The initiative has the following objectives:To develop educational competencies in the field of smart technologies, artificial intelligence, integration of cyber-physical systems, energy of the future, design and engineering.To develop research competencies in the field of smart technologies, artificial intelligence, integration of cyber-physical systems, energy of the future, design and engineering.To develop industrial (professional) competence in the field of smart technologies, artificial intelligence, integration of cyber-physical systems, energy of the future, design and engineering.
