Hiroshima AI Reporting Framework

The Hiroshima AI Reporting Framework is open to organisations across the AI value chain, including developers, deployers, and providers of advanced AI systems. Participants are invited to report on their practices for managing risks and advancing trustworthy AI. Participation strengthens transparency, contributes to a shared understanding of organisational practices, and enables organisations to demonstrate their approaches to trustworthy AI.

How to complete the HAIP Reporting Framework

Thank you for your interest in completing the reporting framework for the Hiroshima Process International Code of Conduct for Organizations Developing Advanced AI Systems.

This voluntary reporting framework is a tool to monitor and support the application of the Code of Conduct by organizations developing advanced AI systems.

To complete the reporting framework

  • Organizations are invited to complete the survey here.
  • The reporting framework takes approximately 3 to 4 hours to complete, depending on the availability of information and internal coordination.
  • It consists of 7 sections covering key areas of AI governance:
    1. Risk identification and evaluation
    2. Risk management and information security
    3. Transparency reporting on advanced AI systems
    4. Organizational governance, incident management, and transparency
    5. Content authentication & provenance mechanisms
    6. Research & investment to advance AI safety & mitigate societal risks
    7. Advancing human and global interests

Types of questions

  • Yes/No questions with optional open text fields for further explanation.
  • Open-ended questions allow organizations to provide detailed responses.
